Our automatic table PUMA-SL is the lates news for shape-cut X,Y,C and it contains some features that make this product innovative and unique.
The structure of the table is made of electro-welded steel tubular pipes and the working surface, accurately flat, is made of wood and covered with fire-proof black felt.
The cutting bridge is placed crosswise the table and the load of the glass sheet onto the working surface, occurs thanks to the action of n°4 loading arms, set in action by pneumatic cylinder. The cutting bridge is set in motion by Brushless motors and all movements are controlled by CNC numerical control.
The transmission is by rack and pinions
N°2 breakout bars are placed onto the working surface: one placed longitudinal and one transversal.
The cutting pressure can be adjusted by the operator, according to the glass thickness.
PC Station and optimization software are included.
